This is a new role, initially temporary with scope to extend, whose primary purpose is to support the Individual Giving Manager with growth in Individual Giving.
This role will support, manage, develop and implement the Individual Giving Programme that maximises income for the organisation. In this role, you will work across acquisition and retention channels delivering fundraising campaigns whilst monitoring quality and cost of supporters.
This role will also be responsible for delivering supporter journeys, which reduce attrition, maximise lifetime value and create a positive supporter experience.
