We’re looking for a Social Media Development Officer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional social experiences for our key audiences.

Our social media channels are an important voice for Make-A-Wish - helping us engage audiences with our stories and drive fundraising, brand engagement and understanding about the important work of the charity. We’re looking for a Social Media Development Officer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional social experiences for our key audiences.

You’ll be passionate about social and all it can achieve and committed to helping us maximise the potential of different channels. Ideally, you will have experience of high profile campaigns and evidence of driving income and engagement. You’ll know how to make the most of opportunities like Facebook tools for fundraising and be able to build a campaign that will drive sign-ups for our busy challenge events team. You’ll know when where and how to manage boosting, ads and organic contact for maximum impact, and be on top of all the latest trends and opportunities that could impact our activities.

Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
