As a Wishgranter you’ll plan and organise a variety of wishes which are typically based in the UK. Experience of working within the events and hospitality industry along with excellent organisational and prioritising skills are crucial as you will be responsible for 60-70 wishes at a time, some of which need to be organised at a few days’ notice.

The role includes planning and delivering most aspects of the wish, working closely with our partners and at times arranging domestic travel; medical equipment hire and ensuring our wish children receive the experience they deserve.

Your ability to work as part of a team that includes volunteers will see you achieve success, using your strong communication skills, eye for detail, the ability to prioritise ever-changing workloads and being able to think on your feet whilst working under pressure.

You will have daily contact with wish families and need the self-confidence to be able to deal calmly and professionally with families who are often in challenging and emotional situations.

You will be responsible for keeping records updated on the in-house database system, produce and adhere to budgets utilising guidelines provided and create concise itineraries. This requires good IT and administration skills which may have been gained from experience in working in a busy office environment.

Please read the full Job Description & Person Specification before applying and apply ASAP as applications will be reviewed regularly.
